Qoach helps young people build focus, motivation and life skills so their performance finally reflects their potential.
For parents of bright young people who know their child can do more but but needs the right support to unlock it.
Your child is capable but their grades do not reflect their ability. They understand the material but lack consistency, structure or motivation.
Qoach helps teens develop the habits, systems and mindset needed to perform at their true potential.
Your teenager procrastinates, avoids studying or struggles to stay consistent with schoolwork.
Qoach helps students build motivation, planning skills and daily routines that reduce conflict at home and improve performance at school.
Your child struggles with organisation, planning, time management or staying focused.
This is particularly common among students with ADHD or other neurodivergent learning profiles whose brains process information differently.
Qoach provides practical executive-function coaching to help these students build systems that work for how they think and learn.
Bright students whose grades and results do not yet reflect their true ability
Students who avoid studying, lack consistency or find it hard to get started

When a young person struggles, parents often wonder: should we get a tutor, a therapist or a coach? Each plays a valuable role but they are designed to address very different needs. Understanding the distinctions helps you choose the right support.
Academic and subject-specific. Tutors focus on knowledge gaps in areas like maths, science or language. They help students master content and improve grades in specific subjects.
Clinical and emotional. Therapists address mental health concerns like anxiety, depression or trauma. They provide treatment for diagnosed conditions and deep emotional healing.
Skills-based and goal-orientated. Coaches develop executive functioning, resilience and life skills. They help young people build systems for success across all areas of life.
Grades do not reflect your child's true ability despite strong potential.
Homework and studying become daily battles at home.
Executive functioning skills such as planning, organisation, time management and sustained focus
Academic pressure and transitions between schools or environments can overwhelm students.
Phones and screen habits reduce focus and interfere with effective study routines.
We have designed a comprehensive, supportive process that ensures the perfect coach-student match and ongoing excellence in delivery. Here is exactly what you can expect when you partner with Qoach.
Through a free discovery call, we understand your child's needs and recommend a suitable coach, offering a tailored programme. After the call, you will receive details about your proposed coach, a free trial session and package subscription information.
The complimentary trial session allows you to experience our coaching firsthand. Upon its completion, you can confidently choose your preferred coaching package and subscribe. Parents will then gain access to the coach's calendar to conveniently book the opening session for their child.
Your child starts 1:1 coaching sessions virtually, face-to-face with their coach. Our coaches use AI note-takers to remain 100% focused on your child during sessions whilst maintaining full transcripts and summaries for review and safeguarding purposes.
A WhatsApp group connects the coach and parents for contact between sessions as needed subject to maintaining confidentiality of the coaching sessions. If a quick conversation during times of exceptional stress or emergency is needed between sessions, your coach will be available to support the student when it matters most.
You will want to hear from your coach and we want to hear from you. Our coaches will be able to provide feedback to parents, offering their professional view on how the child is progressing while preserving the confidentiality of the coaching session. At Qoach, we are committed to ensuring you and your child are happy with your coach, so we reach out regularly for your feedback.
If immediate concerns or safety issues arise, our coach will immediately get in touch with you, the school or relevant authorities.
Tutors teach academic content such as maths or science. Coaches teach focus, planning, organisation and resilience.
If a student struggles with motivation, organisation or confidence, tutoring alone will not solve the issue.
Qoach helps teenagers develop executive functioning skills that support success in school, university and beyond.
