Chief Coaching Officer
As Chief Coaching Officer, Bradley leads our global coaching practice, ensuring every coach delivers measurable results. Bradley has worked with hundreds of young people, building confidence, resilience and motivation.
Bradley brings over two decades of school leadership and direct work with students as both a teacher and coach. An ICF PCC accredited coach, Bradley was trained at Georgetown University's Centre for Transformational Leadership.
His speciality is helping students understand their gifts and inspiring them to chase their dreams.

Associate Coach
Debbie Fine
Debbie is an ICF-certified professional coach with over 3 years of experience supporting students and young adults in achieving academic success, emotional balance and personal growth. With a background in law, she has worked with families and individuals to help young people build confidence, focus and resilience.
At Qoach, Debbie specialises in helping students develop executive functioning, communication skills and self-awareness. Known for a warm, empathetic and structured approach, she believes in bringing a down-to-earth, relaxed and fun approach to sessions, alongside practical strategies to help every student thrive.
Maria Velasco
Maria is an ICF-certified professional coach with more than seven years of experience helping students and young adults strengthen their academic performance, emotional wellbeing and personal growth. With a deep background in leadership development and intercultural coaching, she has supported schools, families and individuals in building the confidence, focus and resilience young people need to thrive in today’s world.
At Qoach, Maria specialises in helping students enhance executive functioning, communication skills, and self-awareness. Her coaching approach is warm, empathetic and structured, blending practical tools with emotional insight to meet each student where they are. Maria creates a safe, encouraging space where young people can understand their strengths, work through challenges and develop lifelong skills for success both in and out of the classroom.
She is passionate about empowering students to believe in themselves, make aligned choices and navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.
Senior Coach
Nada (Néda) Othman
Nada is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 12 years of experience helping students, young adults and emerging leaders achieve academic excellence, emotional wellbeing and purposeful personal growth. Raised in Saudi Arabia and having lived and worked across Dubai and the United States, Nada brings a global, culturally responsive perspective that deeply enriches her work with youth and families. Her career spans leadership development, mental wellbeing coaching and higher-education student support. Nada has partnered with schools, universities and first-generation student programmes to help young people strengthen their confidence, resilience and sense of direction. She is known for her ability to meet students where they are while equipping them with tools that cultivate both immediate progress and long-term success.
At Qoach, Nada specialises in supporting students as they prepare for and transition into university life guiding them through applications, helping them clarify their goals and building the academic and personal skills required to thrive. Her coaching focuses on executive functioning, communication, emotional self-awareness and authentic leadership development. Warm, grounding and structured in her approach, Nada blends practical strategies with meaningful reflection. She is dedicated to empowering every young person to understand their strengths, elevate their self-belief and step confidently into their next chapter.
Shauna Boyle
Shauna is an ICF-trained professional coach with over 20 years of experience working in inclusive education across the UK, Ireland and the UAE—15 of those years in Abu Dhabi. Throughout her career, Shauna has supported young people with a wide range of additional needs, providing both academic and pastoral guidance to students with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, dyscalculia and behavioural and emotional challenges. Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialism in High-Functioning Autism as well as professional coaching qualifications from Kingstown College, Shauna brings together deep expertise in learning needs, wellbeing and strengths-based coaching.
Shauna is passionate about mentoring young people through proactive coaching strategies that build confidence, resilience and independence -empowering students to understand themselves, overcome barriers and thrive. At Qoach, Shauna specialises in supporting students to strengthen their executive functioning, self-awareness and communication skills, combining structured guidance with warmth, empathy and practical tools. Shauna currently serves as an Inclusion Teacher and Wellbeing Leader in the Secondary department at the Outstanding-rated Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys in Abu Dhabi, where she continues to champion student growth, emotional balance and holistic success.
Master Coach
Bryna Cunningham
Bryna is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience supporting students and young adults to reach their full potential as learners and bring balance to their lives along this journey. With a background in psychology, she has worked with teens and their parents to identify a student’s intrinsic strengths and cultivate new skills necessary to meet academic and developmental responsibilities.
At Qoach, Bryna specialises in building an authentic connection with students and families. Within this partnership, she helps students develop executive functioning skills, build on their ability to advocate for themselves and enhance their self-awareness.
Reem Labib Tyson
Reem is a PCC-level, ICF-certified professional coach with over 25 years of experience supporting students, young adults and educators in building clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. With a background in education and leadership development, she has worked across schools, non-profits and international education settings to help individuals navigate complexity, strengthen self-awareness and grow with purpose.
At Qoach, Reem specialises in helping students develop executive functioning skills, emotional intelligence, communication and self-management. Known for her warm, grounded and structured approach, she blends practical strategies with reflective coaching to help each student feel seen, capable and supported as they thrive academically and personally.
Nancy Holtz
Nancy is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a credential held by fewer than 4% of coaches worldwide. With more than 20,000 hours of coaching experience, she brings deep expertise in supporting growth and potential.
With a background in education, counselling and leadership development, Nancy works with high school students and young adults to build academic confidence, emotional balance and practical life skills. She is passionate about helping young people strengthen their self-awareness, resilience and sense of direction so they can move forward with clarity and purpose.
Nancy is known for her grounded presence, her humour, and her ability to help young people feel truly seen, while giving them tools they can use immediately in school, relationships and everyday life.
